SIBLING is a unique co-working space where tenants have shared values that promote an inclusive and progressive working environment and a zero tolerance for racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia and ableism.

We seek to create community that is anchored in progressive values and that seeks to promote, represent and create opportunities for those most marginalized in the film/video/arts industries.

We currently have three studios for rent at the following sizes and rates:

100 sq feet $625/mo (available in February 2021)

170 sq feet $1000/mo

250 sq feet $1400/mo

We rent out private desk space in our co-working office for $250/month. This rental fee includes access to our high-speed wifi, conference table, communal workspace, kitchen, and bull pin/seating areas.

We also offer a monthly membership to use our space on an as-need basis for $100/month. This membership includes access to meeting/conference areas, communal desk space, kitchen, and high-speed wifi.
